Have one open order and want to add to it?
We will hold your order, generally for 14 days. We can hold it for shorter or longer, just email us to let us know. Orders made by you or your friends in the next two weeks will be combined and shipped to one address.
Here's how to add to your order:
1️⃣ What code to use?
- Make sure that your original order is still open and has not shipped yet!
- You can use the code addanitem on all subsequent orders
- Use the discount code when you shop again!
- We can definitely combined your order with a friend's, we just need to know who (see below)
2️⃣ On your next orders, let us know which email address to combine with
- For all subsequent orders, you and your friends should add your email address in the Order Notes, so we know to combine subsequent orders with your FIRST order
- To find the order instructions area go to Cart -> View Cart -> Order Instructions, and add combine with 'your email address'
3️⃣ Orders will be combined and shipped to one address
- After 14 days we will combine all of your and your friends orders and ship them to one address (yours / the first order's address)!
- If you'd like your order to ship sooner (or later), please email us to let us know and we can get it sorted for you.
If your combined orders exceeds our free shipping minimum, we'll refund the original shipping amount that you paid.
If your orders fall under our free shipping minimum, we'll wait until your combined orders reach our free shipping minimum before shipping them all.
Currently this option is only available for Canadian and Australian orders.
Why are we doing this? A few reasons…
🌎 Shipping is hard on the planet! Combining orders to 1 address helps save packaging and lessens our carbon footprint.
💸 Shipping is expensive! We'd rather you didn't have to pay for it, and this helps us spread the cost over multiple orders.
Note: Our cancellation policy still applies to all products in your cart. If we hold your order for 2 weeks, you cannot cancel your order without penalty.
