Desriee Asomuyide, a former fashion stylist and first-time mother launched Little Omo in September 2020, due to the lack of representation within learning materials and toys here in the UK. The inspiration behind the brand was the birth of her son Isaiah, she wanted to create products that he could see himself in and also learning more about his and other cultures through play.
